I arrived past 12AM on check in and the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The staff is really considerate because they moved my room to a quieter area anticipating a large group or event that would be happening in the hotel. Hotel is near downtown, perfect for exploring the city. I didn’t use the restaurant but that is an available option. Parking was available. The room had a comfortable and clean bed, large windows that let natural light in, and a working TV. Wifi signal was functional. Bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay at this hotel again.

Featuring a spacious garden and outdoor swimming pool, this hotel is situated in Santiago de Querétaro’s financial district. The city's historic centre is only 5 minutes’ drive away. The place is just amazing. Feels like a little neighborhood. Its gardens, pool area and water features are beautiful.

This is a family owned and operated hotel which makes it special and personal even though it is not a hotel in a building that looks like an old house. The two brothers we met, Juan and Rafa, were wonderful, friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like family. The room was simple but spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The patios and terraces, on several different levels, were beautiful affording good views of Bernal's famous monolith and the dome of the church in the center of town. Breakfast is cooked to order, there is a lovely lounge with a large- screen TV and the ability to make tea or coffee round the clock. The hotel provides an airport shuttle any time. The family also owns The Rocca restaurant in town. We had traditional Mexican food there suggested by Juan and also some of the freshest, most delicious pizzas we have ever had.

We stayed just one night, but from the moment we arrived, we were saying, "We should have stayed two nights!" We loved this hotel. We got a room with a view and WOW the view of the Pena did not disappoint. The room was big, bathroom was big. We got the room with the jacuzzi and balcony, and it was the perfect way to unwind after climbing the giant rock and walking all over the place. Location is great. It's less than a 2-minute walk from where the bus drops you from Queretaro, and a 5- to 7-minute walk into the centro/Pena. Right next to a well-appointed convenience store that is open til 11p.m. The wine in the room was such a nice touch. Jacuzzi was so relaxing, wi-fi functioned well enough in the room and on the patio. Room was sparkling clean, and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They were also kind enough to let us stash our bags on our final day after checkout and before the bus left.
