The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

Featuring an open-air bath, garden and views of garden, Cabañas Ixaya is situated in Catemaco, 27 km from Salto de Eyipantla Waterfalls. The family was soo nice! The food was great, the location was beautiful and the cabañas were cozy. We loved that their kids were playing in the yard and the whole vibe was very peaceful and cute. Loved it.
