The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

Hotel Boutique Típico has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Orizaba. The hotel was recently renovated and everything is beautiful! We booked a room with 2 beds and it was spacious, clean and elegantly decorated. The beds are soooo comfy and the shower has amazing water pressure. It is in a nice location, close to a lot of attractions. We parked our car in the lot the hotel recommended for 2 days and we walked everywhere.

The shower had lots of hot water, we had a nice view, and I appreciated the extra pillows, and complimentary water bottles.

Hotel La Casa de las Sirenas in Tlacotalpan provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. This place is really an oasis in the heart of Tlacotalpan. The building is beautifully restored with period-appropriate tiling, fixtures, and hardwood pillars. Our standard room was modestly sized but nicely appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and Louis the housecat is a lively presence! The whole vibe is very calm, quiet, and classy. We didn't try the spa facilities, but appreciated the pool, bathrobes, etc. A great place for a break in one of the prettiest small towns in the Americas.
