Set in a bright, colonial-style building, Casa Tia Micha offers attractive rooms with free Wi-Fi. Located in the centre of Valladolid, it is less than 5 minutes’ walk from San Gervasio Church. Right in the centre of town, clean and comfortable and given an early breakfast so we could get to Chichen Itza. Dinner was included and it was lovely.

The hotel offers a free transport service to and from the train station and round trip transport to the archeological site for 100 MXN. The hotel restaurant offers good food at a very reasonable price. The room was very well designed and extremely clean. The room service, the pool and cocktails were all great. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for any visit to Chichén Itzá.

We parked our car on the street in front of the BnB and this was absolutely fine.

On our first trip, we stayed at a place for twice the price with half the comfort. We were elated to find Casa Equinox far exceeded expectations! Our room had icy cold AC, perfectly clean bedding and bathroom, a lovely rain shower, and the comfiest bed we slept in during our whole Mexico trip. They also stocked the room with thoughtful touches like toiletries, blow dryer, iron, extra blankets, and even a Nespresso machine with pods! The balcony was a perfect place to drink our morning coffee and enjoy the fresh air before it got too hot out. The quiet neighborhood was the cherry on top. I cannot say enough good things, and we will DEFINITELY rebook if/when we are back in Mérida!
