On our first trip, we stayed at a place for twice the price with half the comfort. We were elated to find Casa Equinox far exceeded expectations! Our room had icy cold AC, perfectly clean bedding and bathroom, a lovely rain shower, and the comfiest bed we slept in during our whole Mexico trip. They also stocked the room with thoughtful touches like toiletries, blow dryer, iron, extra blankets, and even a Nespresso machine with pods! The balcony was a perfect place to drink our morning coffee and enjoy the fresh air before it got too hot out. The quiet neighborhood was the cherry on top. I cannot say enough good things, and we will DEFINITELY rebook if/when we are back in Mérida!

Super close to the centre and the beach. All the restaurants are also a walking distance away. The hotel is tucked away so the street parking in front of it worked well for us. With a nice pool, lots of fairly lights and well-taken care of territory - we really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was equipped with all the basic utensils. When we felt like we want something specific for breakfast - we cooked at home. If we felt lazy - we could grab a nice, simple breakfast from the hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful!! A huge plus was very polite, instant contact via Whasapp. Anything we asked for - we were provided with that. 10/10 stay - loved it!
