The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast here! You can select from a list of delicious hot breakfast items. We also enjoyed the fresh coffee and hot chocolate for breakfast. The staff was amazing and was always available. If it was raining, they lent us a large umbrella to walk around the city in. There was also a guard for cars getting into the parking lot so we felt safe in the hotel.

Room extremely clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Lots of light and a nice view to the forest. Small kitchen with all necessary appliances. Walking distance to a beautiful and more quiet beach (Playa 88) - further from the buzzing main street and busy beaches. Available indoor parking, great vibe!

It was a quiet location, they have private car parking for 4 cars. The owner Don Jorge is extremely nice and friendly including his wife, they will go out of their way for you. You're 5 minute walking distance to the Merced Church and 4 minutes to the local market, 8 to 10 minutes to the central park.

The place was great, comfortable, clean, great facilities and good pool. Also, the breakfast was amazing with different options to choose from. Also there is a CAFE so you can get online while you enjoy a great coffee. There is free parking area and i would recommend a car to make your experience easier in Tulum (cost of the taxis = renting a basic car).
