The breakfast was super delicious, a highlight for us. There also is a very nice garden area and many common areas to sit with a nice view of the garden or on the roof. The hosts and all workers were very kind. We also liked the ease of having a key to the outside gate so you can go and come whenever you want while still being super safe. Parking was very convenient and safe.

My first stay in Tuxtla, this is a great location located in the mall. Plenty to shop and see nearby. Plenty of room in the lobby to work and visit with others and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, I would stay again.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and the room was spotless with some really nice touches. They gave great recommendations and the check in was so easy. Sad I didn’t stay more

When you enter through a small door, prepare yourself to be transported to another place and time. In this innovative Hotel-Museum-Spa, every traveler will enjoy a comfortable stay. This property is incredible. We stayed here after summiting Acatenango and Fuego and it was the perfect place to recoup after such an activity. The place is massive and an active museum, restaurant and event place it seems. The spa is top notch and the hotel area in general is very high end. Having a fireplace in the room was a big surprise and we took the liberty to use it with the provided firewood and firestarter kit. Water, coffee, tea and snacks provided throughout the property in various places, we really regretted only staying here one night as multiple nights are really required to sample all the property has to offer. The spa restaurant provided food of a modern and high end European level which again surprised us with flavors and quality. Superb experience that's worth the money.
