Set in Bayan Lepas, Iconic Regency Service Residences, managed by Iconic Hotel features accommodation with a rooftop pool. A fitness room is available for guests, along with a steam room. The interior is new and very clean. Very comfortable 3 night stay and everything in the apartment works well. Water pressure in bathrooms very good. Toiletries were amply provided. We were at a very high floor. The view of the Second Penang Bridge and city from our apartment was stunning day and night. Carpark spacious and secure. The staff were friendly. Irfan at the reception was very pleasant, patient and cheerful. Really love our stay here.
