However, this property completely changed my perception of dorm hostels. The facilities are safe, quiet, modern, spotless, and well-equipped, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host is exceptionally kind and speaks fluent English. She sometimes took the time to chat with guests, share her experiences, and offer advice in a way that felt like talking to a caring big sister. The hostel also provides many thoughtful free services, such as personalized printed bags or T-shirts with guest photos and exclusive maps of Ipoh. These little touches made the stay feel special. The host, her husband, and the entire staff team were consistently supportive, energetic, and sooo friendly with a smile. Their hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. Overall, the property is superb!
