En William és una persona molt amable i hospitalària. La habitació té tot de detalls de cortesia: sabó per dutxar-se, sabatilles i raspall de dents. La habitació està neta i nova amb un aire condicionat que refredava bé i era silenciós. La habitació també tenia bon il·luminació: una llum a la tauleta de nit per poder llegir i llums fortes per veure bé. És se'ns dubte un dels millor allotjaments als que hem estat en tot Malàisia sobretot per la curs dels detalls.

Servei excel.lent. La noia és molt atenta, sempre per whatsapp, en especial per la ubicació, que és complicada. Les habitacions tenien molts extres, també begudes, de forma gratuita i eren boniques. La piscina era maca i gran.
