I recently stayed at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur and had an amazing experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the private pool inside the suite — such a unique and luxurious touch. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city views in complete privacy. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with elegant décor and comfortable bedding. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to KLCC and all the main attractions. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and exclusive. The rooftop facilities and the skyline view were also impressive. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Kuala Lumpur with something extra special, I highly recommend Imperial Lexis. The private pool alone makes it worth it!

I stayed at Novo Ampang for 22 days. Out of all the places I had researched for my stay in KL within this price range, this one didn't have any complaints about pests or about a shady deposit being charged upon check in. The facilities and my room were very nice and clean. The design and furnishings in my room were nice and modern. The room had all the necessities (a pot and pan, cooking utensils, a fridge, an electric stovetop w/ a vent hood, and a water filter system). My room had a nice size queen size bed, a closet area, a bathroom, and small dining table. I liked that the building was secure. Security was at the entrance 24/7 and I was able to have my Grab deliveries delivered to the front entrance easily. I liked that there was a coffee shop and a restaurant located on the ground floor. There was also an ATM conveniently located in front of the restaurant. The front desk was also kind enough to provide me with a free adapter for the electrical outlets.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.
