The owner Paolo took great pride in welcoming us and ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. The location was secure with parking and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Paolo was excellent by helping us plan beautiful drives throughout Namibia that we would have missed without his advice. The breakfast and coffee (espresso and cappuccino) was excellent. He even had a Nespresso maker and capsules in the room. We recommend staying there and will do it again next time we are in Windhoek. Good value for money.

She made us feel at home and they even got the pool ready for us. Everything you need is available in the spacious apartment. We had a lovely time at Fran's. Will definitely visit again.

The accommodation felt like home. The bedding was crisp and clean. Exceptionally neat, stylish and immaculate. I will definitely choose to stay here a thousand times again.

The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the evening food was good. They also have a delicious pale ale that they brew onsite, which is a nice touch.
