Staff was super helpful and friendly. We had flat tire and they pointed us to the authorized repair shop and called them for us. Close to Damara Living Museum and Petrified Forest. Food was amazing. Pool was clean and had nice view. Water was not cold like in other pools in Namibia. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back.

I had an amazing time with amazing staff in camp kipwe! They made me feel welcome 🙏🏾 from the time I got out from the car I was greeted by Kan and David with a cold towel. Everyone at the restaurant was super nice. The view from every spot was stunning. The house keeping team was great , they came and did some touch ups in the evening. Although the toilet was outdoor but I had full privacy, no one can really look into the toilet. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

LOVED Mowani! The staff, the hotel, the room, the food, all were 10/10! This was one of the most memorable hotels we stayed at in Namibia. So unique and a true experience.

We had fun on the elephant tour We even had the opportunity to sight the Milky Way on the grounds

This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.

We had such a memorable experience staying with Eddy and his family. The place is lovely, on a beautiful piece of land, and has all you need. But… it’s the people that really sets this place apart. The first night we arrived, we chatted for hours just getting to know one another and wow… they are truly amazing humans! They shared their hope and vision for this place was “to come as a guest and leave as a friend” a motto that is so evident in how they run the place. We had only planned to stay for one night and continue on our way the next day. However, after some unexpected car trouble, they graciously let us stay again the following night. After hearing of our troubles, Eddy immediately took the tire off of his own truck so we could have a spare while we were getting our car fixed. Namibia offers a ton of amazing things to a tourist, but meeting Eddy and his family was definitely the highlight of our trip here. We’ve never been greeted by such kindness and hospitality. We are so grateful to have met everyone. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you won’t regret it. I guarantee it will be one of the most memorable parts of your trip!

Located in Damaraland, Huab Lodge & BushSPA is surrounded by lush vegetation. It features a swimming pool and a natural thermal spring. It has a bar and offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Wow, this was a really great experience! It's a beautiful lodge, very deep into nature. We did the day into the riverbed to spot desert-adapted elephants. Ut was such a great experience! It started with: "It's 200km of nature from here to the ocean". We were lucky to find elephants, but also enjoyed the trip and surroundings very much, and the way the owner took us along everything he knows about the valley. Very much worth the trip! On a totally different level, we had some car problems with the battery. They owner plus the maintenance manager of the property fixed everything: "No worries, you guys have vacation, we'll fix it, you will be able to drive again tomorrow". Next morning, they had found that both our batteries were dead and had replaced it with a spare one from the owners car! Also good to mention, all the staff is great, and we had lovely meals. As one of the staff members said: "I like to work here, it's not a place where they want to make profits, everything is put back into preserving the elephants ", and that is how it felt very much for us.
