Our accommodation was stunning! We loved all the rock formations nearby. It's close to Gate 1 I'm Sossusvlei. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, with a good view for sunset. We saw some cute jackals!

Located in Sesriem, Tsauchab River Camp Campsite provides accommodation with seating area. This campground features a garden and free private parking. Was very secluded, you had your own area, toilet and shower. We stayed at the ‘pigeonhole’ and it was great. Very well looked after, good all around!

Beautiful location with the petrified dunes as the back drop. The tents were private and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The food was absolutely excellent and the pool was so nice to sit next to during the heat of the day after our Sossusvlei adventures! We wished we could have stayed here longer!

Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

Set 40 km from Sesriem Canyon, Desert Homestead Lodge offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Everything!! I will recommend and come back definitely. The room with a view to the waterhole is a dream come true. All the room is a dream, the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. The staff is amazing, the chef is an incredible human being and the food was absolutely delicious and well served. The common facilities such as the pool and the dinner and breakfast spaces are charming and beautiful, well maintained and really clean. For horse riding at sunset was unforgettable and we could see oryx very close to us. I will never forget this amazing lodge.

Located on the C19, We Kebi Safari Lodge offers accommodation 88 km west of Maltahohe in the Hardap Region. This property offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A beautiful place with great food and friendly staff. But the most amazing part is the animals. Watching them up close was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a unique and enriching experience.
