Tsauchab River Camp Campsite ligt in Sesriem en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Bij de camping zijn er een tuin en een terras. This was the best campsite we have ever visited in our life :) The campsites are large - hectares of private land in a very peaceful and safe natural environment. The private bathroom was clean, water was hot. We could cook our meals on the open fire. At the reception we could relax, have a nice beer. The reception itself is also wonderful with a lot of artwork. It is evident from all the beautiful details that this place is a real passion and mission of the owners. The lady was very kind and provided useful information on the places to visit. They have some own hiking trails - all wonderful :) This place was such a wonderful and peaceful experience, fully recommended!

Little Sossus Campsite beschikt over een buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en biedt accommodatie in Sesriem met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Mooie rustige camping met ruime plaatsen, zwembad en kleine winkel. Sossusvlei is ook goed te bereiken. Vriendelijke host. Aanrader!

Namib Desert Camping2Go bevindt zich in Solitaire in de regio Khomas Region, en heeft een terras. Deze luxe tent heeft gratis privéparkeren en een conciërgedienst. WOW! What an experience our stay here was. Right from the main gate, seeing animals as you drive in, right through the checking out, everything was beautiful. The staff made everything perfect with their hospitality, and attending to each and every single need we had. Would love to stay there longer next time, and really take it all in.

Camp Gecko - PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE; TENTED CAMP AND CAMPSITE in Solitaire biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een tuin, een terras en een barbecue. Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was unbelievably warm, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The excursions were fantastic, and a special shout-out to our guide Wakie Wakie, who was absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, engaging, and a joy to spend time with. His tours made the experience even more memorable. Highly, highly recommend Desert Homestead Lodge if you’re traveling to Sossusvlei. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and unforgettable desert magic.

We Kebi Safari Lodge ligt aan de weg C19, 88 km ten westen van Maltahöhe in de regio Hardap. Deze accommodatie heeft panoramisch uitzicht op het omliggende landschap. Like being on a private game reserve- saw rhinos, deer up close. beautiful cottages. Huge property Very quiet. Excellent meals. Very nice and responsive staff.
