I absolutely loved my stay at this charming guesthouse in Arequipa! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome – always kind, attentive, and full of thoughtful surprises, like the delicious chocolates they left every night. They even let me check in early at no extra cost, which was such a kind gesture after a long journey. The spa massage was simply incredible – one of the best I’ve ever had. The entire place is beautiful, with spacious, well-decorated rooms and common areas that invite you to relax. But the view… wow! Overlooking the river and the majestic Misti volcano, it’s something I’ll never forget. This place truly exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend it – I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had the best time at this hotel and recommend it to everyone. The owners, Walter and Pepita, and all their staff are so lovely, helpful, and their food is delicious. Also, there are alpacas, sheep and puppies on the property that are friendly. The view from the rooms and the restaurant are incredible and it's right next to the Condor Cross viewpoint. You can see as many condors here as at the viewpoint, but could also walk or drive to the viewpoint to get a closer look. And most importantly - the owners were so helpful and kind; anything you needed they found a way. We watched as they pointed out condors, fixed one guest's broken trekking backpack, and when we had car issues he coordinated someone nearby to help.

Palla Boutique Hotel offers rooms in Arequipa's historical city centre, only 200 metres from the main square. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. I loved everything about this Hacienda style boutique hotel including the rooftop pool / lounging / breakfast deck with a beautiful view of the mountains! A robe was promptly delivered to my room without asking - I had simply asked about the pool hours. Exceptional service!

In a quiet location and only a 20 min. walk to the central plaza (or 7 soles via Uber).
