He prepared us packed breakfasts on the days we were not able to attend our included breakfast due to our early excursions. The sit down breakfast was home cooked made to order and so delicious. Room was perfect for us - clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, hot tea and bottled water on our floor was always stocked, wifi kept us connected. Our furry friend Cusi was an added bonus. Location was 5 min walk to restaurants and about a 10-15 min walk to downtown historic district. No issues from our travel tours picking us up from the property.

The place is spotless, spacious, they offer great breakfast and dinner, Claudia is an amazing chef 👩‍🍳. You can also enjoy sauna and yoga, but we didnt manage this time. I used the Sauna and did the weaving activity, and both were truly amazing! I was feeling a bit unwell due to the altitude and felt the sauna relieved some of my symptoms. The weaving was very special- we collected nearby plants to make the dye and was taught by the owners and one of the elders the full weaving process. Of course, the rooms and view were beautiful. I was blessed with Lama visitors in the morning which was very special! I am definitely coming back to try the other activities and spend more time.

I loved staying here. It's clean, comfortable, places to put your things in the room, reliable hot water, even a bath mat. Very close to the main square but down a laneway so its quite. Views, terrace, good breakfast ( you pay), and most of all the owners, a family run business, are so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with a problem I had, which they didnt have to do. They organized my bus + walk combo to Machu Picchu and gave me heaps of information. I highly recommended staying here. It's the best!

Very clean, hotel is practically new, found that they started 2 years ago, terrace is incredible, great panoramic view of Cusco, breakfast was greate, check out early and got box lunch, they gave a key chain and souvenir, was a nice gift. I really enjoy walking so going from and to plaza de armas was no problem, walking to the hotel was a little steep but no problem, if you have an elderly person or handicap may need a car, thus all was excellent I give it 10 rating. There was a shared living room with hot water to drink coffee at nights, that was great. Room even had small device for heating a little which was greate.

Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport is 204 km away. Mario is a wonderful host! He made everything very easy for us and helped us do everything we wanted in the region. He kindly drove us to the hot springs and to the Hidroelectrica station, and even waited to pick us up when we returned from Machu Picchu. He also recommended an excellent restaurant just down the road and dropped us off there after our long hike from Machu Picchu, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was lovely and very filling, and the room was great value for money. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend staying with Mario.
