All organized trips and transfers fully met our expectations. They've also prepared a nice snack-box for our trip to Machu Picchu. Don’t miss the evenings by the campfire with the owner – he shares valuable insider tips and interesting tales & stories about the region. We truly fell in love with this place (and the alpacas!) and will be happy to return on our next trip to Peru. We wish the hosts Louis and Silvia all the best for the future.

With mountain views, Spirit Of The River Lodge is located in Cusco and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. It’s hard to choose what I loved most about Spirit of the River Lodge, everything was truly wonderful. The location is magical and peaceful, with the sound of the river always in the background and barely any traffic passing by. We stayed twice, in two different rooms, and both were beautifully designed, cozy, and offered gorgeous views of the river. You can really feel how thoughtfully everything was created to respect and highlight the natural surroundings. The lodge has a sauna overlooking the river, direct access to the water, and a small yoga shala where I enjoyed my morning practice and reading. Claudia and Rudi were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They made us feel like family. We had dinner one night and breakfast each morning, and even as vegans, we felt so well cared for. The food was amazing. They also have lovely animals, a llama named Tupac and two sweet dogs, Max and Juanita, who added so much joy to our stay. The area is relaxing but also well located, with easy access to nearby towns and cities. We came back twice because we truly fell in love with the place. I can’t recommend it enough!

The owners Romulo and Helga go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The property is a bit far from Cusco city centre, but in the middle of an Inca archeological park where there are a lot of spots to explore in peace. Romulo often takes the guests out on tours of these sites, way past forbidden signs so that you have a truly unique experience which no tour agency in Cusco can offer. He has worked in tourism for a long time so is super knowledgable about the surrounding areas as well. They also have 2 beautiful dogs and a cat and a lovely little garden.

Providing city views and a terrace, Hotel-Apartment INKASABIOS features accommodation conveniently situated in Cusco, within a short distance of Hatun Rumiyoc, Religious Art Museum and Holy Family Church. It is located 1.7 km from Wanchaq Train station and provides a lift. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We are family of four and we stayed 7 nights at a 3-bedroom apartment at Inkasabios. We were very satisfied and we recommend it to all our friends in Germany. The employees at Inkasabios are very friendly, helpful and very good at their jobs. At the reception, Salim and Jhon were ALWAYS ready to help. Our plane landed very late and Salim waited for us and guided us digitally until we got to the hotel. During the day, Jhon efficiently organized everything for us, from the cleaning of the apartment to the ordering of our transportation to our various destinations. At the breakfast room, we were always warmly welcomed by Giovanni and a lady co-worker (whose name i fail to recall, sorry) who prepared a very sumptuous buffet. The cleaning person likewise did an exemplary job. The apartment is as is shown in the pictures. We had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and blankets that kept us warm. The kitchen is functional, we were able to prepare some meals when we did not feel like going to restaurants. We enjoyed a living room with 2 sofas and an armchair...this was perfect for gift-giving at Christmas. And speaking of Christmas, we were gifted a platter of snacks of cheese, olives, crackers and salami and a bottle of sparkling wine by the hotel. The 2 showers were very good. There were warm and cold water, which we now realize after staying at other hotels in 2 other cities, is not the standard here in Peru. The rooftop is a gem! We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset here. It was very quiet and relaxing. We read our books here too. On Christmas eve, we and other guests enjoyed the view of the fireworks from the rooftop. When we checked out to go to Aguas Calientes for several days, we left our bigger pieces of luggage at Inkasabios at no extra charge. This was very helpful. Lastly, the location of the hotel is great! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It is near enough the main center. One could easily reach it on foot. When it rained and we took a taxi back, the
