We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the rainforest shower — such a fantastic way to relax! The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and the train station. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again anytime. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect! Cidelia and Yoel are the most lovely hosts and made sure I felt like home. The domes are spotless, the culinary lesson and food were amazing and the alpacas are the cutest things! Make sure to book the picnic, it was just divine. Thank you, I hope to be back one day ♥️

The owner was so nice and attentive. He brang us a tea when we arrived late at night, he told us about he city and in general his treatment was beyond expectations.

During my three-night stay, I truly felt well taken care of. The accommodation was very well equipped, just like the photos—or even better. It was quiet and comfortable, and I slept very well. The breakfast was also generous and delicious, including some wonderful local Peruvian specialties. The owner clearly puts a lot of care and effort into running the hotel. I had an early start for a tour one morning, and they kindly prepared a breakfast box for me to take with me. They also had no problem storing my luggage while I went to Machu Picchu, which was incredibly convenient. I had a very pleasant three-day stay here and was happy with everything. It offers excellent value for money, and more importantly, it gave me a warm, home-like feeling. I would especially like to thank Georgina, the wonderful hostess. Her warm smile and thoughtful service truly made me feel the warmth and friendliness of the Peruvian people. If I have the chance to return to Peru someday, I will definitely stay here again!

We came to this Hotel already the for the second time. The breakfasts are is delicious with local specialities. Located very near to the local big market, great for shopping!

My room was lovely, clean and super comfortable. The shower was hot and had great pressure. I was sick when I arrived and the staff were so kind to me. Checking in on me and even went out to pick up food and drinks for me, including an amazing soup from a local restaurant. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff. The wifi was strong and worked well. The location was great. Close to everything including great restaurants. I would Definitely recommend staying here. They even have laundry services.

Everything was just great - very comfortable beds, heating, hot shower, hairdryer at the reception, lovely and very helpful staff, good breakfast, free tea all day, close to the city center. Can highly recommend staying here :)

Cannot recommend this Hotel enough. The staff are incredibly helpful and can provide breakfast if leaving early on a track. The location is fantastic being just a couple of minutes walk from the main Square and is very quiet. The breakfast is actually one of the best we’ve had in months of travelling because they offer fresh fruit, ham cheese, good bread coffees, juices. We ordered taxis and tours available. beds already comfy with proper Hotel like duvets and feels a lot more luxurious than what we paid.
