Staff was helpful and helped with ordering taxis as my Uber experience wasn't good. On my early mornings, they provided a small lunch bag(more of a snack). Great location a few blocks away from main square area, market. Sun Church is just across the street.

Clean, comfy hotel in good location. It is 15 min walk from main square and 5 min walk from train/bus station to Machu Picchu. Great breakfast, good variaty

Amazing stay ! They got us at the airport and offered coca yea upon arrival ! Got hot water which feels rare for Cusco :p

Very confortable big room. Excellent bed and extremely clean. Nice big window with lots of natural light. Also great breakfast included. Loved the location, quiet but still close to main Plaza thru lovely little streets. No street sellers at the door like in other hotels. Will stay there again

People, location, decent space and comfortable fresh rooms.

I was solo travelling and the room met my needs. It had a safety deposit box, hair dryer, extra comforter and space heater since it gets cold at night. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and there were no issues with hot water supply nor water pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quiet at night and I like how it's a fairly quiet hotel during the day. The breakfast buffet was great too. Highly recommend this hotel!

overall this was a great stay - the location was perfect and so central. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, especially with altitude change. Additionally, they helped pack food for us when were leaving early which was lovely. I wish we had more time to honestly enjoy the hotel :) Would highly recommend.

Bathroom and toilet are separate and both very clean. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable. Free coca tea.
