Clean! Very clean! I was impressed with their perfectionism. Rooms cleaned every day, bins emptied. Great experience! Morning breakfast has a huge selection of food. If you have a morning trip, you can ask for the breakfast bag.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of everything you might need in Cusco. The room was warm, equipped with electric heating, and the hot water pressure was excellent. The staff were exceptional - Alex and Kevin at reception went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. At breakfast, Urpi and Keren were wonderful, always greeting guests with a smile and genuine care. Their attentiveness made the experience even more pleasant.

Loved the location and helpful staff. We stayed here before and after going to Machu Picchu and the second time we got a nice upgrade to a colonial room which was huge! The staff were always helpful and friendly and we got to keep our suitcases there while we went to Aguas Calientes for 2 nights. Beautiful and comfortable stay Gracias!

I like the kindness of staff, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Location of the hotel was perfect and in front of it there is a supermarket.

The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. From the time we arrived, Cesar made the check-in process as comfortable as possible. The welcome packages in each room were so sweet (literally and figuratively) and the fact that they even went as far as to place hot water bottles at the foot of the bed made sleeping even better at that altitude and cooler temperature. Staff were beyond accommodating and friendly and you can't forget Kiki, the alpaca ♥️. Meals were delicious. Fresh fruit, juice and bread were always present.

Very confortable big room. Excellent bed and extremely clean. Nice big window with lots of natural light. Also great breakfast included. Loved the location, quiet but still close to main Plaza thru lovely little streets. No street sellers at the door like in other hotels. Will stay there again

The view from our balcony was fantastic and the room was huge with a big bathroom. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which was simple but tasty and the hotel were happy to provide a packed lunch on the days we had an early tour.

The hotel is really well located, right near the main Plaza. It was surprisingly quiet, taken in consideration the location of the hotel ( the windows isolated well the noise) The staff was extremely helpful. They took care of our luggages during our trip to Machu Picchu.

Excellent location , room was spacious, clean bathroom. The let us have breakfast earlier then regular time cause we had to leave early. Breakfast was good.Hotel looks fantastic.

The hotel is strategically located just a few meters from the main plaza and in walking distance to the different tourist attractions within the city. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my short stay very comfortable. The breakfast service included fulfilled my expectations.
