Quiet location, beautiful setting and friendly staff

This hotel is located in the very center of Cusco next to the main square, so you will hear the noise of traffic and the sounds of a lively city that never sleeps. At any time of the day or night you can see tourists coming and going. I didn't mind it but if you're looking for a quiet environment, then this location is not for you. While having breakfast you enjoy the view of Plaza de Armas and the kindness and prompt service of the staff. The room is spacious enough with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Hot water is available throughout the day.

Fantastic location, one block from Plaza de Armas. Lovely old building. Rooms nice and big with comfy beds and warm blankets. Hot water and clean soft towels. Staff helpful. Breakfast was as usual. Sliced meat, sliced cheese, some fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, some scrambled eggs. We really liked this little hotel with the open courtyard and fountain

This hostel is the best hostel in Cusco. I was there for a considerable duration and stayed in 3 hostels. This was the best out of the three. Super clean, organized, great staff and delicious breakfast!

A true luxury hotel. The staff went above and beyond for us, even upgrading us to a huge balcony room. Was like a peaceful little oasis in the middle of Cusco’s festival season.

The hotel is beautiful. The charm of the old, with the comfort of the modern rooms. The concierge service was great for the tours and restaurants. Our driver during the transfers was great, as was our guide Hugo! We had an amazing time. The restaurant inside the hotel is great, as well as the one at Monastério (which is also a Belmond across the street). The complimentary mini bar is a great addition and we loved the small surprises/ beauty products in our room. You will see a lot of small details like covers on the water balls or small attentions during the turndown service.

We had a wonderful stay at El Virrey Boutique Hotel in Cusco. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and we were especially impressed by the kitchen staff. When they noticed I was having trouble with the altitude, they kindly prepared a coca tea for me, which helped a lot. One of the most important aspects for us was that the room had a heater, which made a big difference during the cold month of our visit. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Breakfast restaurant facing the main square, which is nice start of the day. The quality of foods are excellent. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Affordable room in a perfect location just meters away from the main plaza. The facilities were great, as was the breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Abel gave me some very useful advice and always cheerfully welcomed me when I came in. 10/10, would stay there again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel, which opened just three days before my check-in. Despite it being so new, everything ran smoothly and exceeded my expectations. A huge plus! • Friendly and helpful staff – Always greeting you, checking how you’re doing, and willing to assist with anything. I was a bit nervous since there were no reviews yet, but I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It turned out to be a fantastic decision, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco!

For a stay in Cusco I think it’s from the price the best one ! If you have a smaller budget but you still looking for an amazing place to stay for short days don’t hesitate ! It’s in the heart of Cusco plus the service was amazing !

The hotel is very safe and secure. When getting a taxi late at night, the staff go out first to make sure it is legitimate. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The ascetic was super cute. The staff were very friendly and quick to assist no matter the time. Always ensuring that we were not suffering from altitude sickness, and if we did there was oxygen onsite.

Excellent attention from staff (24/7) - e.g. we left our luggage ahead of time while we went to Machu Picchu, and when we came back to check-in, our bags were already in our room. If you have an early morning excursion they can prepare you a takeaway breakfast bag for free. There’s tea and water available for free in the reception. The room was comfortable and the location was great!
