Everything is so comfortable and clean. Gluten free breakfast, with a lot of fruits , salads and homemade jam. With empanadas and omlette station. The staff constantly fills the jars and it always feels like the food tray is not even touched by anybode else. with french french toaste, pancake and crepes as options. Breakfast was absolutely the highlight of our stay. The shower was very comfortable too. The hair products were so fit to my hair. Loved the food at the restaurant upstairs.

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... The bedroom is roomy and bed is superb with fluffy pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and the price is very reasonable. Love the breakfast too! Will give it 10/10 for me. Thank you Tierra Viva for making my last two days in Peru very comfortable

Situated in the exclusive Miraflores district in Lima, Hotel Andesmar offers accommodation right on Grau Avenue, only a 12-minute walk from Larcomar shopping mall. The staff is amazing and the Wifi is great. We could run parallel teams conferance calls with europe for over a week without any issue. Combined with a large room, this was perfect. And everything is in 10 mn walk, from Barancco to Isidro to down town MF.

Awesome place to stay! It’s a really nice property in a really nice location. Supermarket on the next corner, easy walk to tourist area, and an archaeological site next door. Unfortunately my partner was sick during our stay - luckily, the bed was cosy, the internet was fast and stable, and the television worked well. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and free coffee and chilled, filtered water all day was a bonus. Hot water, great shower pressure; not much to dislike.
