Located 4.1 km from Fort San Pedro, Fili Hotel at Nustar Cebu offers 5-star accommodation in Cebu City and features a bar. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were very courteous especially Nathaniel at the front desk. He made us feel comfortable while waiting for our room during check in and Jay also who arranged our taxi. Our room was spacious and clean with a very nice seaview. The beds were comfortable. The food was superb, there were lots of choices. The location was also great because it is adjacent to a mall with high-end brands and it was very close also to seaside sm. Over all experience was super a Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

A contemporary urban escape with skyline view of Cebu City, Bai Hotel Cebu is 2.5 km from SM Cebu City and 3.6 km from Ayala Center Cebu. Bai Hotel Cebu was an excellent place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well run, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The facilities were great, especially the pool and dining areas. We stayed on Christmas Day, and the Christmas buffet was amazing — a huge variety of high-quality food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere. It really made our stay feel special. Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.

The hotel staff were exceptional. So friendly, mindful, and their service is second to none. They made us breakfast-to-go when we had to leave early morning for our tours (one was at 5am). The food offered in the restaurant was great and serving sizes were perfect. Its a bit of walk to the strip with main restaurants which we knew, but the staff offered to call a tuktuk for us in case we didnt want to walk the 12mins. I could not fault this place. We were really happy with our stay here.
