You’re able to snorkel and see beautiful coral and fishes at the entrance if you don’t have time to book one in. They also had paddle boarding and clear kayaking at the front. most of all everyone were the friendliest and accomodating staff and catered to our 1 year old. Also 24/7 monitored and manned by security.

Set within a cove in Puerto Galera, 1.6 km from Sabang Beach, Edgewater Dive & Spa Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant with views of the Mangrove bay, and a spa facility. The location and facility was impeccable, the staff offered THE best service I have ever experienced. The food and drink selection is the right mix between "easy going" and more elevated - and absolutely delicious. Overall a fantastic experience!

I have met a lot of international travelers and made many new friends here. Everyone that I have met here comes back here because we all feel like we are part of a family when we stay here. Call it a home stay or your family home in the Philippines and that is what it has become for me. The home made Filipino Fusion food is superb, the staff super attentive and Madame Macrina is the best host mother you will ever have. The location is close to beautiful beaches and attractions. The neighborhood is super safe along with great surrounding views and too put it simply the value for your stay is awesome.

Ver picked us up from Calapan port in his car because we couldn't get a boat to Balatero port and it was such a relief after a long 3 hour boat ride from Batangas to Calapan. Ver is probably the friendliest po I've ever met. His vibe, the way he talks exudes friendliness. I liked the location as well. It's just well situated in the middle of the hill, no tourists which is good but keep in mind that you'll need earplugs since there's a lot of noise from dogs barking, roosters going crazy at 4am in the morning, etc. Had an excellent stay at Ver's place. I highly recommend his place!

Excellent room, everything as promised on the listing. Super clean with a good wifi. Great bang for your money. Easy and quick communication with the owner. Couldn't recommend more!

Nastanitev Topaz Bed & Breakfast Hotel se nahaja v San Joseju in ponuja teraso ali balkon, brezplačen WiFi, TV z ravnim zaslonom, vrt ter skupni prostor za druženje. Medela was awesome, organizing a pickup from Puerto Galera to bring us to San Jose. Excellent location downtown, friendly staff and Medela and her husband dropped us off at the port the next day. Thank you and see you again one day!

We had such a lovely experience during our stay! The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating from start to finish. Our room was spacious at 60 sqm, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the beach—definitely a highlight for us. While enjoying the beach, one staff member kindly approached us and offered snorkeling goggles, and their lifeguard stayed nearby to watch over us due to the big waves. We truly appreciated the extra care and attention to our safety.

Highly recommend Galera Lodge! The staff were very friendly and our room was super comfortable. The food and drink at their cafe is delicious and it’s a great place to sit and do some work. They have lots of lovely animals and the hotel is in a great location for diving with Reef Haven - just a 5 min walk down the road.
