From the moment we walked in to register Mr. Kashif Butt single handedly solved many of the booking.com challenges discovered and managed to get us a phenomenal rate. He was instrumental in solving a number of other reservation related issues without second thought. Ayesha the Guest Relations Manager was a true ambassador for the hotel making sure every day every thing was according to our taste and extending assistance anytime we needed it plus being proactive in all communications. Altaf plus all the rest of the restaurant staff we extremely attentive and knew exactly what we desired every day and were proactive. The cherry on the cake was the quality of the food. We ate at many restaurants in Lahore during our stay and the consensus was overwhelmingly that Park Lane Hotel has the best tasting food. The lack of hard product sophistication is more than made up with the world class people working at Park Lane plus the quality of the food.

From the moment I arrived, Zeeshan at the reception made me feel welcome with his warm and friendly demeanor. The breakfast spread was delicious, and their signature Khakena was a highlight. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the enchanting ambiance during the rain in August. The drizzle outside created a cozy atmosphere, and the hotel's name seemed to come alive, giving us the 'real vibe' that we were looking for. Kudos to the team for creating such a wonderful experience.

Located in Lahore, 27 km from Wagah Border, Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Lahore provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a restaurant. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we had arrived the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. I will definitely be back when staying in Lahore!
