This is our third time staying at this hotel. Everything is very clean, and the staff are as warm, friendly and patient as always – the service is excellent. Although there were a few small issues during our stay, they were addressed promptly and with great care. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return next time.

Lots of great facilities and everything feels well thought out. The staff is absolutely incredible: friendly, helpful, and truly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was much better than I expected for the hotel of this size. All in all, this will be my goto hotel for Porto. As simple as that.

The place is comfortable. It is strategically situated in walking distance from the most prominent tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room was clean, and all facilities were in good working condition. The kitchenette was adequate for the occasional cooking.

Vila Nova de Gaia şehrinde, Douro Nehri noktasına 1,3 km mesafede yer alan The Rebello Hotel & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World tesisi fitness merkezi, özel park yeri, bahçe ve ortak oturma... The most attentive and kind staff from reception to both restaurants. Great food options at rooftop Bello with delicious Francesinha and amazing meals at Potandpan, too. Location is fantastic at the better side of the river among all wineries. Very large terrace with lots of quality furniture and sun beds and the two-bedeoom suite was equipped with Smeg appliances and the fridge was stocked including private label wine brand that turned to be pretty good. Overall upscale and spacious suite and the deal is sweetened with incredible staff-everyone we interacted with for 4 days has been nothing but genuinely nice and always smiling. Great place not to be missed while in Porto.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Even provided euro adapters for our Canadian electronics. The staff was very eager to help and make our stay very comfortable.

Hotel offered Uber trip and 10% discount for shopping at El Corte Ingles shopping mall. We have gladly accepted this and did some shopping in Porto and Lisbon.
