Their love and enthusiasm for their mission was clear to me as a guest. I already looking forward to returning.

Loving Strangers Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Madalena. The accommodation provides karaoke and a shared kitchen. Everything was very nice and welcoming. Family dinners and atmosphere in this place makes it very unique, especially when you learn the whole story of the creation of the hostel. I felt like home in the other part of the world and it's a very precious and rare thing. One of the best accommodation experiences that I had in my life! Already missing it!

Located in Madalena, My Bed in pico offers a bar. The property features mountain and city views. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. All units feature air conditioning and a cable flat-screen TV. It’s a very central location, beautifully decorated, nice, quiet and clean with a great staff. They offered great ideas for local restaurants and even gave a welcome gift of biscuits, tea and chocolates. I had a lovely view from my room and just loved the town!

Located in Prainha de Baixo, Barrocas do Mar offers accommodation with a hot tub and a solarium. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. Everything was perfect. We visited almost all islands, but this apartment was the best. Big windows with ocean view, jacuzzi, all facilities, a lot of space. Facing the seafront in São João, Miradouro da Papalva Guest House - Pico - Azores features a garden and barbecue facilities. The property has sea and garden views. Excellent Stay. Helen's place was perfect. Our room was much larger than expected with a refrigerator, dish sink, shower, heat/cooling, king size bed, table, wood fireplace and balconies. The room had large windows and lots of light. It was super clean. Breakfast had variety including eggs and was plentiful. Both Helen and Vera were very easy to chat with at breakfast always willing to provide answers to our local cultural and tourist destination type of questions. The location was quiet with beautiful views of the sea.
