We used them as our base in Europe as they were so accommodating, keeping our luggage safe and remembering our names every time we came back to Lisbon from our adventure. The final day, I left really early so I had to skip their (amazing) breakfast and they were so kind to prepare a fantasy to “picnic” bag for me! 10/10
