Situated in Manteigas, 16 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela, Vila Galé Collection Serra da Estrela features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

An old mansion, dating back to the 16th century, but with all the modern comforts. Multiple relaxation rooms, excellently decorated. The breakfast room is a gem. We really liked our room, as well as the garden with the pool and the entire property. The host, Dona Amelia, was also very kind, who gave us a tour of the property and left cakes, tea and coffee for tourists all day. The bed was very comfortable, quiet, central location in the small town of Manteigas and free parking in front of the property. The town is a good starting point for going to the Serra da Estrela mountains and the alpine valleys.

Beautiful Hotel Comfy beds Amazing view Clean Plenty public parking (didn't even used the private parking) Despite a booking issue, the hotel was able to reserve an extra night without any hassle.

Perfect location for my stay in Covilha. The staff were as welcoming as always (I've stayed here several times before) and the room was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is spectacular.

The place was amazingly beautiful, great view and facilities. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and made sure that we are happy and well.

Boasting garden views, Casa do Salgueirinho features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 27 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela. Amazing hidden gem! The host left some goods from the garden which we used cooking our meals. The host also gave us some tips on what to visit during our stay in the area and was keeping in tough during our stay.
