Situated in Manteigas, 16 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela, Vila Galé Collection Serra da Estrela features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

The host was absolutely fantastic. So accomodating and gave us such good advice about what to see and do in and around Seia probably the best host we’ve had on our travels so far throughout Europe. The apartment was great, had everything we needed and breaky was delicious the next morning.

Located near Serra da Estrela, this 250-year old manor house has historic furnishings and artistic accessories. Each themed room is a reminder of older way of life. Very beautiful rooms and common areas, cozy, great location, kind staff, the views to the mountains, substantial breakfast, the paintings on the wall and antique furniture... Very comfortable beds. We slept like we were on a cloud. Warm in winter. Great location with stunning views.
