The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests - appreciate Mr. Sheriff at the reception helping us feel at home by insisting that we feel free to ask for anything! They even helped us bake a dessert in their kitchen when we realized that the 3 bedroom villa we booked did not have an oven to bake. We were three families who stayed together. We used their recommendation for a desert safari guide - it was the best sanddune bashing we have ever been on (we have been on quite a few). The pools were fantastic - our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast had many options and was quite a spread. Overall an enjoyable stay - we will be back!

The entire setting of being secluded and experiencing the desert. The setup of the rooms with the private pool was amazing.

TIME Rako Hotel is a four-star property having sea or city view and the Al Wakra family beach is located 5minutes drive from the Hotel. Showcasing a rooftop pool. Facility is so nice , room was so good . The only thing missing was a tooth brush in the toiletries, otherwise all things were excellent ,. Receptionist so friendly and excellent
