Situated in Zalau's historical centre, Brilliant Plaza Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the City Hall. It offers classically decorated rooms with free internet access, cable TV and air conditioning. To mój kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu. Od blisko 15 lat średnio raz do roku spędzam w nim jakieś 5-6 dni. No chyba, że już nie ma wolnych pokoi w interesującym mnie terminie wtedy ze smutkiem wybieram inny hotel z mojej stałej listy w Zalau. Tym razem miałem spore opóźnienie i przyjechałem do hotelu już po północy i Pani w recepcji nadal na mnie czekała. Pokój jak zawsze czysty, ciepły. W większości obsługa nie zmienia się więc pracownicy już "mnie kojarzą" i znają moje preferencje - to takie drobiazgi, które sprawiają, że chce się tam wracać. Śniadanie w formie bufetu, ale jak komuś mało to może sobie coś zamówić z karty śniadaniowej. Restauracja.... Jak dla mnie rewelacja. Czasem próbowałem jeść coś na mieście ale po latach stwierdziłem, że w najbliższym sąsiedztwie - na dystansie, który chciałbym odbyć spacer nie ma nic porównywalnego. Więc już nie kombinuję, bo i po co jak w hotelu jest wspaniałe miejsce, żeby coś zjeść na kolację po pracy.

They kindly offered me a room on the ground floor to minimize walking distance, which I truly appreciated. They also showed me the room in advance to ensure everything met my expectations before I settled in. Throughout my stay, their level of care was exceptional. They were attentive to every detail — truly every detail. When I encountered a few minor issues, the team acted with remarkable speed and professionalism, resolving everything in the most efficient way possible. In short, it felt like a haven on earth. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

Big, modern and beautifully designed rooms, with plenty of LED and ambient lighting that creates a very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Everything feels brand new and high-end. The bathrooms are very spacious, and the bed linen is extremely comfortable — I slept like a baby. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the main central square, where the Christmas market takes place, with an ice rink, small food stalls and beautiful festive decorations everywhere. The view from the room was absolutely stunning over the entire square. There was even a live music stage with concerts in the evening, but once I closed the soundproof windows, it was completely quiet inside. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Burger Loft, where I had a very good burger — definitely recommended. During my two-day stay, the staff checked on me 2–3 times to make sure everything was ok, which I really appreciated. I had booked a King Suite and was kindly upgraded for free to an Executive Suite. Everything was just great. 10++!

I got the keys from a lock box that is on the entrance of the apartment building. The building is right in from of Sfânta Vineri orthodox church. The apartment is clean and confortable. The bed and the couch is very confortable, it has a fully equiped kitchen. My stay for me and my wife was amazing and it exceeded my expectation. Mcdonalds, OMV & Kaufland are close so it is appropiate for short and long stays.
