Lot of local spices and products are used. Home made marmelade! The experience made is something unforgettable. We will come back for sure, only to chill for a few days at Kingigi Cottage!

Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel very welcome and well accommodated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall environment was calm and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Uragano Virunga Palace to anyone visiting Musanze or Volcanoes National Park. I will definitely be happy to stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and great to chat with. Michael was provided very helpful advice regarding transport and directions, as well as insights into the culture of Rwanda. Since rain was a possibility, they offered the room and tent for us to use as we prefer during our stay. Also very good local food!
