Lovely hotel, it smelled good once you walked in. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Extra props to Nawaf at the front desk, and the breakfast hotel manager for a wonderful breakfast. The room has nice view of the Kingdom Tower and I could walk many places. There were some cafes around and the neighborhood was very safe.

The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. I liked the value for money, location, and friendly professional staff... It was much better for my needs than a 5* hotel. No Breakfast, even though there was a kitchen and a supermarket delivery service, they know and were able to mitigate that, so it's actually good service from them to proactively have it there. Praying mat, Qur'an and TVs in both living and bedroom.
