I would highly recommend this hotel to families coming for umra, shuttle busses are available 24 hours and within 3 to 4 minutes it takes you to Harram, staff is very cooperative specifically Mr. KARIM at reception is a super star extremely helpful and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, air conditioning was working perfectly, they had washing machine at the top roof even to bring you and take you up the sloop they have 24 hours shuttle, realy good value for money and hopefully they continue to provide the excellent service, will definitely come back to this place

The location is excellent, especially for travelers, as the hotel is very close to the airport. This made my arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and suits different tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
