Boasting a sauna, Camp Caroli Family House is situated in Jukkasjärvi. The property has garden views and is 29 km from Kiruna Train Station and 17 km from Esrange Space Center. The location was amazing, nestled right on the edge of the frozen lake. We just had to step outside the cabin to see the most spectacular 360 degree views of the skies. Perfect for Northern Lights viewing, and daytime fun the next day with the family onm the frozen snowy lake! The cabin was warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the Family House, it was just perfect. The views amazing from the cabin, and the hosts friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Stefan even came to the cabin to collect payment for the next days dogsledding saving us from having to do it. Thank you!

Offering a terrace and river view, Aurora River Camp Glass igloos & cabins is situated in Kiruna, 19 km from Kiruna Train Station and 17 km from Kiruna Bus Station. The glass igloo facing the river side was excellant for viewing the amazing aurora all night long while staying in the warmth. On a clear evening at dusk, a staff on site came over to let us know that the aurora has started to be visible (we had the light on after returning from a day time activity so didn't realise) - very nice of her! We went on nighttime dog sledding into the woods on another night - one of the activities that we signed up on the camp's website. It turned out the aurora was particularly intense that night and it was spectacular! The snow covered landscape was beautiful. On a cloudy (i.e. warmer) evening, we follow the marked trail from the camp site to walk to the middle of the frozen river, it was an amazing experience. The shared kitchen and dinning area has multiple tables and rooms. It was at the same time cozy and at the same time allowed us to enjoy some small chat with other visitors.

Set in Överkalix in the Norrbotten region, House next door the Arctic Circle has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Really great place to find aurora!! For 5 days we found it 3 time directly in front of main doors!

Wonderful area with a spectacular view from the house towards Lapporten. Clean, warm, well taken care of house. Rita was a great host welcoming us.

Arctic Colors Northern Lights Apartments is set in Porjus. This apartment offers free private parking, luggage storage space and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. This apartment was super cozy. The living area and rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. The huge windows overlooking the lake was great especially for northern lights viewing. The hosts were accommodating to my requests and even messages me one evening to tell me the northern lights were happening. Would definitely stay here again!
