Comfortable Accommodations: Auktsjaur Country House in Arvidsjaur offers spacious rooms with air-conditioning, parquet floors, and soundproofing. One of the nicest B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Large room with super comfy bed, large and clean shared bathroom, good breakfast. Would definitely book again.

The home was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Sandra & Madeleine had thought of everything and were the perfect hosts. The food was delicious and we were made to feel very welcome. The perfect stay for us in Sweden.

The balcony at Cozy Cabin was the best part of our stay. It offers an elevated view of the surrounding and let us snap some nice pictures of the Northern lights. There is a bit of light pollution but manageable. It was windy one night and being able to hop into the cabin to stay warm quickly is a big plus. Marc was the most gracious host i've met. Thank you.

Everything. I can only recommend staying there. The family house is the actual family house of the team behind camp Caroli and it feels right at home. It’s a dreamy cabin at the end of the road with a view directly on the frozen lake. You can’t beat this location. And don’t get me started on the northern lights. It’s the best place to see any. And we saw many! And on New Year’s Eve! Honestly we couldn’t have dreamt of a better way to start 2025. Go at Camp Caroli! The team is super nice, it’s a family run business and you can tell as they make you feel part of the family as well. All the activities are wonderful and well organized. Just pure polar bliss. The house is warm and comfortable. Even by minus 25 which is the temp we got when we were there. The kitchen is big and nice to cook in. And the bathroom has all you need. Just a perfect place really.

I had a truly lovely stay at Aurora River Camp and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I originally booked a cabin but upon arrival the manager who kindly picked me up from the airport mentioned during our conversation that a glass igloo had just become available that same night. Someone else had unfortunately cancelled because they couldn’t make it in time due to heavy snow. I felt incredibly lucky to be offered the upgrade. Choosing the glass igloo was absolutely worth it. especially if you’re into hunting the Northern Lights. The experience of relaxing comfortably while watching the sky above was unforgettable and made the trip feel truly magical. The cabin itself was also cozy and well maintained, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional warm, personal, and genuine. This is a very popular place so I highly recommend booking well ahead of time. I just happened to be fortunate that night due to the unexpected cancellation. Aurora River Camp offers an amazing combination of comfort, great service, and unforgettable Arctic experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Konakladığımız ev sıcacıktı ve evin önündeki karlar temizlenmişti. Evin devasa camları göle bakıyordu ve manzara önümüzde apaçık ortadaydı. Bu sebeple kuzey ışıklarını görmek için her daim dışarıda olmaya bile gerek yoktu. Evinizde kahvenizi içerken ışıkları kapatıp dışarıya bakmanız yeterli oluyordu. Uyumak için cam kenarındaki yatağı seçtim. Bu sebeple uyurken kuzey ışıklarının altında uyudum. Bu bir rüya gibiydi! Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Üşüdüğümüzü ve biraz da merak ettiğimizi farkedip bahçedeki çadır alanında vakit geçirmemiz için bize kapıyı açtı :) Kültürel farktan ötürü ev sahibini biraz üzmüş olsak da sonrasında iletişim kurup kendimizi affettirdik :)) Oradayken kuzey ışıklarının en güzel ve hacimli halini gördük. Ev sahibi belki farketmiyoruzdur diye mesaj atıp bizi uyardı. Bu çok ince bir davranıştı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
