After our stay, the few negative reviews we had read seem completely unfounded. While breakfast wasn't extremely varied, it was more than enough, fresh and satisfying. We actually appreciated the mindful approach – excessive consumerism and food waste aren't values we support, and it's great to see a place that considers that.
