The staff truly is exceptional – attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Each meal was a delightful experience, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. After a long day of exploring, sinking into the hotel’s comfortable bed felt like a luxury. But the cherry on top has to be the breathtaking view overlooking the Baltic Sea, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that’s hard to put into words. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Dating back to 1881, this family-owned hotel is located in central Västervik, right next to Västervik Train Station. It offers individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Comfortable, lovely interior design, welcoming garden with white tables and chairs, greenery.

The landlady is very, very nice and accommodating and manages to give you a very cosy feeling. In short, you feel completely at ease and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and the property itself with its berry and apple orchard invites you to linger and relax.

The location is peaceful and set in a lovely, quiet area.

Everything was very tasty though.

Full size bathroom with shower. Access to laundry room and plus. There is a large patio, enclosed porch and swimming pool.
