Located in São João, within 13 km of Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Valdivia Homes 2 - Principe offers accommodation with air conditioning. We had a lovely stay at Valdivia Homes, the cabin is cozy and clean, the terrace has great views to the jungle and the sea. The WiFi is really good, as well as the hot water in the shower! Joaquim and Rita were very helpful during our stay, they helped us with the airport pick up and with the moto rental.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 13 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site... Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature, great ocean view and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Perfect place to enjoy Principe. Also within a walking distance from the center. The host is super friendly and the house is very clean, well equiped with an airco, fridge and microwafe and brand new. In the morning you hear all kinds of birds and the place is very peaceful. We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher and would defenitely go back there.

We spent some really great days at Jose's place. He is very nice and outgoing and always up for support. Besides, his English is great. For example he organized a guide showing us the rain forest and nearby waterfall. The nearby beach is also stunning. I can say that we came as guests and left as friends. Very kind regards to Jose and his team.

Situated in Santo António, 15 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Residencial Brigada features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This is the best value hotel for people looking for entry level accommodation. It is right at the edge of town. The rooms have a fan or AC. There is hot water. The breakfast is huge. There is a place to hang wet clothes. The tiny taxi stand to hire motorbike drivers is close by. The hotel will arrange tours if you don’t want to use motorbikes. Carlos and his staff are all nice.

Located in São João, 13 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Pensão restauração horizonte provides accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking and a shared lounge. Just a totally amazing place. Fernando and his lovely wife Tina who cooked for us most nights were the most gracious, kind hosts. Rooms had A/c which is more than be said for most properties in Sao Tome & Principe. Very large room and a huge shower. Melt in the mouth grilled local fish served on their veranda with amazing views. Fernando also rented his pick up truck to us for 5 days as well as picking us up from the airport. He also took us on a guided hike to some waterfalls. They were very flexible and even got some of our clothes washed. Wifi connection was the best we’ve had anywhere on Sao Tome & Principe.
