The hotel has a large pool with plenty of seating areas and a really nice bar. The water was a bit cold, but it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a large, convenient bathroom.

The staff and facilities are great - most rooms face the pool in a central courtyard where there is also a pool bar and a restaurant. The hotel location is perfect and everything is easily accessible. The breakfast is huge and tasty and has great variety. The room was beautiful and every detail was thought of.

I loved my individual balcony. So many complimentary foods and drinks!! Great pool bar. Fantastic room service if you want to eat in. Oh. And the coffee place next door, part of the hotel is fantastic too, so much atmosphere.

Location is superb with the morning market round the corner. Chiang Mai Walking Street night market (Sunday) and temples are just a short walk. The evening street food hawkers is just on the next street. Highly recommended hotel. Staff is extremely helpful. Front desk check-in personnels came to the taxi to carry our luggages and greet us with freshly made coffee. There's a cooking demo at 1-2 pm daily.. Kudos to the breakfast team (Jaipa, barristar, chef etc) and reception (Smile etc). Thank you for an un-forgetable holiday retreat.

In addition to a very good position in relation to the old town, the staff is very, very kind. We arrived early with the intention of leaving our luggage and going to the city until check-in time, although we were sleepless after a long flight... The surprise was that they told us that we would be able to enter the room in about an hour and by then have breakfast. We were already full, but the hours of sleep in the room before leaving for the city were wonderful... Bottled water was available at the lobby fridge.
