The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool area is especially lovely — a perfect place to relax after exploring Chiang Mai. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us with scheduling a tour and booking a spa massage, which made everything very easy and stress-free. We were also pleasantly surprised by the room decoration prepared for us, which made our stay feel truly special and personal. Overall, a very warm and thoughtful experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
