Room service food is excellent and fairly priced. The concierge are very helpful and friendly. Check in was fast. We loved the rooms theme there are lights in the ceiling above the bed like small stars and nordic lights. The bed is huge we slept comfortably with a toddler. everything in the room was in excellent condition. And the spa was the cherry on top
