The rooms were very clean and comfortable while equipping us with all the amenities from home. Geoff and Mem were so kind and helpful providing us transport locally and ensuring we had a great stay. The warmest hospitality I experienced in Thailand! The whole family - from children and cats to hosts, hostesses and grandparents - every moment of my stay I felt welcomed. Home cooked meals, self made bread, jams and yoghurt for breakfast - just exeptional! Unimaginable neighborhood on the docks, small pathways above waters spreading around this part of little island village - high tides and lows, fishing ships that were there one day, gone the next just to be repaced by yet anotherones. Fresh fish, drying fish, mellow music, driftwood deck, hammocks, passing riverboats and fishing ships - just poetic. And there was not a single boring moment unless I planned one - the host knew just where a traveller needed to go and almost seamlessly just organised everything. Blessed times! Thank you!
