This is an excellent place to stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The reception desk arranged a boat trip on the river for us. I highly recommend this hotel

One of the best, perhaps the best accommodation we've stayed at in Thailand. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Having a tv with netflix was a bonus for us. They also gave us free drinks everyday which was a nice bonus. As someone who is sensitive to noise this was a perfectly quiet place to stay. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. Will be staying here again when I'm back in Kanchanaburi.

Nan is the perfect hostess, helped with every request we had. The facilities are great! There are kayaks and bikes available for use and a natural pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a view to the river. Surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was served to the rooms and was tasty. There is a possibility to order delicious food for dinner, do the laundry or take a massage for extra charge. All the staff are very friendly and provide good service. It is close to Erawan waterfall and additional sightseeing of Kanchanaburi area.

Quite and relaxing but with everything need Excellent staff, anything we want they took care of. The pool is amazing, warm water and relaxing environment. Very good restaurant. We will come back for sure!

Everything was ready for our arrival, and the host was very informative on the area. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the verandah overlooking the main street. Breakfast was excellent, in the cafe downstairs. We had an excellent choice of thai breakfast food. The curries and chicken with rice were great. Our host and family were so welcoming and approachable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the heritage house.

Location was amazing - views from the river villas is insane. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectation. (we don't speak Thai and they didn't speak English but still they made sure we got everything we need)
