Everyone was wonderful, as was the food and the facilities. The location was also sensational, away from the main center, but a 5 minute walk to multiple other venues if you need some variety.

Value for money, staff were great and so helpful, clean, good location. Thura was the best! The lodge is still close to restaurants, bars, and shops. You can tell that the owner paid attention to every little detail, providing books, a yoga mat, music box, plates and cutlery, etc. Another big plus is that they organize your pick-up and drop-off at the pier, which makes traveling here super easy. We had an amazing time here, extended our stay for two more days and still were not ready to leave this place after a week. We really hope to come back one day!

Set 300 metres from Mae Haad Beach, Blue Wave House offers 2-star accommodation in Koh Tao and features a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Great place to stay in Koh Tao. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and very comfortable bed. They had additional amenities such as snorkeling masks and umbrellas that you could borrow from the hotel or shared kitchen where you could warm up your food or make a tea or coffee for yourself. Location is also nice, as you can even walk to the hotel from a pier. You could hear the noise from the nearby street, but even though I am a light sleeper it did not bother me that much.
