Sand & River Hotel - แซนด์ แอนด์ ริเวอร์ หนองคาย features an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Ban Pak Som. The pool and river location . They accommodated our request for a ground floor room and said they would join the single beds to make a double. But they didn't use double bedding so it was just two single beds pushed together .They knew we were on honeymoon, so this really showed a lack of forethought. We kept the room since we asked for it..but they really should have tried harder. I moved the beds around myself and used other furniture to keep them from sliding apart. I Requested double size bedding on second day and even when they could SEE what I was doing they still didn't get it...delivered an extra set of single sheets...not proactive.
