Just keep in mind: You need most likely a car/scooter or taxi to go to the different places in town. Room was very clean, toilet and shower are seperate rooms ensuite in the same room. Our kids (8 & 5 years old) loved that they had their own little floor with their beds above ours. The breakfast includes some really nice Thai Sweets freshly made on the morning market. PS If you come by your own (rental) car, some of the streets are a bit narrow but the owner will show you an easier access, parking in front of your room in quiet street.
