Not only was the hotel beautifully designed and well-maintained, but they very kindly upgraded our room and Krajeab, the assistant restaurant manager, was delightful. She helped to set up the private dining in the Jungle, which was stunning, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Mausam looked after us during the dinner and was very attentive. The birthday amenities in the room were elegant & tasty. Their breakfast is probably one of the best in Patong and had a huge variety. Lovely pool, chil music and plenty of sunbeds available. All in all a wondeful, albeit short stay. Highly recommended and well done to the team.

The staff were incredibly polite, the pool and surroundings were serene, and while the location felt exclusive and remote, it was still convenient with tours offering pick-up services. Fantastic value for money—we’d love to return someday! Breakfast was exceptional, though dinner left room for improvement—the only minor downside to an otherwise unforgettable stay!
