The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Absolutely everything. This is one of the prettiest places I’ve stayed. The cottages/bungalows are so charming with exquisite woodwork. It’s nestled among rice fields and easy bike ride to the Sukhothai historical park. The owners offer free bikes. They took such good care of our dietary needs, vegan and other restrictions. The place was so beautiful that we spent almost an entire day lounging on the porch of our bungalow. It has rocking chair, a divan to lie on, swing etc. The dad picked us up from bus stop and dropped us off too. I can’t recommend them enough

The property provides rent free bikes so you can move to the center because the location is not that central, so it is a great thing they do! It was really clean and cozy!

It is located a few hundred meters off the main road so is very quiet. These are a few houses around a swimming pool. There are lots of trees and plants, it is all very green and nice. The swimming pool is also good. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever request you might have - including sightseeing tips. The breakfasts are excellent, very interesting local food. The house we had was very good, very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was very big, it was also nice there was a small roofed part outside to leave shoes or things like that. The quality / price ratio was very good, we would definitely return if we are again in the area some time in the future.

Beautiful modern hotel not too close to the historical site, so a bit quieter in a local area with amazing food within easy walking distance. The hotel pool is amazing and the surroundings are so beautiful with a pond on the property with so many fish that you can feed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and most of them spoke English very well.
